Migration

Move the books with a tie-out, not a leap of faith.

Map the source, preview the result, and compare available balances before the new books are accepted.

  1. 01

    Map the source

Connect QuickBooks Online or upload CSV and IIF exports, then map source accounts to the new chart.

  2. 02

    Preview the move

Review staged records, opening balances, and available source tie-outs before anything posts.

  3. 03

    Accept the books

Commit the reviewed import, keep the source available for reference, and begin the next period in QuantERP.

A reviewable import from source to ledger.

Account mapping, staged records, source tie-outs, and committed ledger metrics stay visible throughout the import workflow.

Good to have ready

  • • Current chart of accounts
  • • Open customer and vendor balances
  • • A recent trial balance
  • • Preferred cutover date

Moving a QuickBooks Desktop file?

Use Intuit’s supported converter to move a QBW, QBB, or QBM file into a temporary QuickBooks Online company. Then connect that company once, review the tie-out, and disconnect it after accepting the new books.
